What does treatment involve?

During your initial consultation you will be asked detailed questions about your general health, medical history and the nature of your problem.

These questions are intended to help me help you understand how the problem came to exist in the first place and to ensure it doesn’t return.

It may be that in addition to Osteopathic treatment you need to make changes to your diet or lifestyle to help recovery and together we can discuss these changes.

Osteopathic treatment will begin in this first session and may involve massage to relax tight muscles, mobilisation to free restricted joints and other pain-free techniques to allow the subtle re-balancing of tissues.
